So when they start to learn/study, they'll realize that the content that they have is so much lesser than the real context. They do not stop learning tho becuase smart people don't give up. But the more they learn, the bigger their context get and they feel like their content is getting smaller.
The more topics / field they learn about, they'll start to feel like in a MAZE and it will never ends.
The FIXING here is really important. They need to first realise that they CAN'T DO IT ALONE. They need to have good help.
They might want to say 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, but what they actually say is 1 6 8 because they thought that the others are obvious. They skip it. They THINK the people that are listening can somehow connect the dots.
Then when they have reached certain knowledge, it become background knowledge that they thought is 'obvious' so everyone should know, why share? The process repeats every time they learn nwe stuff. They missed the opportunity to share.
They will fall hard if they took advantage of other people. They will not just lose that people, but they will also lose the network of those people. The system will be privately evoded. That's how they will fall from the top.
If you are nice and people are comfortable with you, you can jump/skip the tribe/level. People know that you're not enough to get or be there yet but because you are super likeable and nice, they will welcome you. So they will start to include you in all conversation as if you're part of them and the next thing you know is you knowledge becomes better. You'll be on the same level as them.
